Hello, How are you doing? I hope you are doing well even though now we are living in this uncontrollable pandemic. So, the reason why I write this is that I got disappointed by an on-going drama, yes Start-Up! LOL. It was so interesting at the beginning but after it touches episode 10, I just found it that it will be no longer interesting for me. Why? Because I am a hard shipper of Dalmi and Jipyeong but it seems like it just breaks my heart if I continue the drama because the ending is now getting clear that she will not be ended up with Jipyeong. Then, I decided to stop watching it at episode 10. Unless I heard the good news about Dalmi and Jipyeong, I am not going to watch it anymore (LOL I sounded like 12 years old kid who does not want any other toys if I have decided on the one I like).
Sooo, because I got disappointed, I want to recall back my all-the-time favorite drama, When The Camellia Blooms. Anyway, I still don't get why people don't like this drama. I know, it's personal preferences, but some people whom I suggested watching saying that this drama is not interesting (it hurts me T_T). 'When The Camellia Blooms' may run so slow at the beginning, but trust me, if you keep watching, you will find a treasure afterward. When The Camellia Blooms is so good until I compare every new good drama that comes up every week with it. And guess what, how many dramas come up every week but none of them take over When The Camellia Blooms' place.
Basically, it is a romantic-comedy-drama with a bit of thriller seasoning which makes this drama becomes more interesting. Started from, Oh Dongbaek (Gong Hyojin), a single mother who just moved to a village named Ongsan. In Ongsan, Dongbaek is always bothered by local people because she is pretty. But, that is the only Dongbaek's problems. She also has to face a serial killer who is watching her quietly. It is fortunate that a police offlicer named Hwang Yongshik (Kang Haneul) falls in love with at the first sight. He is really love-to-die with Dongbaek so he always protects her.
'When The Camellia Blooms''s story is not only spinning around the main character. There are also supporting characters whose acting is really good. Let's call Kang Jongryeol (Kim Jisuk, he is Dongbaek's boyfriend in the past tense who has a rough married life with Jessica (Ji Esuu). There is also Hong Jayoung (Yeom Hyeran) and No Kyutae (Oh Jungse), a married couple who has a complicated life. The appearance of Choi Hyangmi (Son Dambi) also makes the drama funnier. The drama visual is also not a joke. They make an imaginary city named Ongsan and draw it beautifully until I want to go there too. If you like to see village sceneries with an ocean, your eyes are spoiled by the visual- I guarantee. Besides that, the OSTs-OMG they are soooo good. One of my favorites is 'Like a heroine in the movie' by Punch. My final rate to this drama is 'it's very good until I can't give existed numbers to rate'/10.

'When The Camellia Blooms' episodes before ending are spectacular indeed. I still remember that I cried a lot while watching them LOL. It is so much much much better than Start-Up whose story is trash. So, what are you waiting for? Go watch this drama. It's available on Netflix!
